Even though our goals have changed, we are still in need of help. Demolishing the barn cost us quite a lot, just to make the area safe again.

We also would like to get a Historical Marker from the Illinois State Historical Society. It is designed to recognize sites of significance, state or nation wide. We hope by acquiring a marker, it will help preserve the history for a long time, regardless of if the land changes. 

Any donations will be used towards the farm, preservation of history, and any necessities for the land and upkeep.  We appreciate anything you can do. If you cannot afford to help us monetarily, please, spread the word. Don't let this fantastic piece of history be forgotten.
